Thank you for partnering with San Diego Moms! To kick off your event sponsorship, please answer the following questions to help us showcase your brand and message effectively to our readers.

Location: Event will be held completely outdoors
Parking: FREE – You can unload in the event loading area (you may NOT drive within the event area to unload - please bring a dolly or wagon. After you unload all vendors should park underground near 24 Hour Fitness. Take the walkway up through the center, pass by Foot Locker and Eighteen Threads, San Diego Football Club and then you will pass by Novo Brewing on your right and head to the main event area in the parking lot.
Load-In: 7:30am-9:30am
Load-Out: 1-2pm
Tables/Chairs: Not provided
Tables/Chairs: San Diego Moms will NOT be providing tents, tables or chairs for the event.
Tents: There will be a handful (very limited) of larger tents and shared tent spaces available. Please make sure to note below if you do not have a tent or access to a tent for shade and we will do our best to get you under one of our, but no guarantees
Power: Will NOT be available at the event. If needed you will need to bring a generator or we are working with Magic Jump Rentals who has generators available for rent will share details on that as the event date gets closer.
Giveaway: We are requesting ALL Paid Partners to provide (1) Giveaway Valued at $25+ for the event Raffle.
VIP Perks Program (Optional): NEW this year - provide a custom discount code for San Diego Moms VIP Ticket holders and for our Perks Program Members. Choose to offer this special discount year round or for 3 months following the event date.
Safety Tips Request
As part of our goal to educate and engage families, we’re asking all participating partners to provide at least one safety tip to share with attendees at the event. These tips will be used throughout the day in fun and interactive ways—so your input is an important part of the experience!

One safety tip or question for adults
One safety tip or question geared toward kids
Even if your business isn’t safety-focused, we encourage you to think creatively about how your industry connects to safety—whether it’s health, home, wellness, tech, or beyond!
All vendors are required to hold a valid business license or apply for a temporary one. If you plan to offer food or beverages for purchase, a valid food handler’s license and any additional permits required by the City of San Diego are also necessary. By signing this form, you confirm that you hold a valid business license and/or all required permits for food and beverage sales.
